How can I access my Gemini account?

To access your Gemini account using a web browser, go to and enter your email address and password for Gemini login. If you've forgotten your password, please click the "Reset your password" link down below and follow the directions to reset it.  On the mobile app, tap the "Account" icon in the top right-hand corner, followed by the "Sign In" option to log into your Gemini login account.  Please keep in mind that if you've enabled FaceID, fingerprint authentication / TouchID, or a PIN for the Gemini app, you'll be prompted to authenticate using your preferred method for Gemini login.

Cancel Open Orders on ActiveTraderTM

Your open orders may be found directly beneath the chart on the dashboard in the Gemini ActiveTraderTM interface. You may cancel any open order by hovering your mouse over the order's status and clicking "cancel" when it displays.

Viewing or Downloading Your Trading History

Follow the steps below to get your trade history:

1) Open the Statements and History page for Gemini login. 

2) Navigate to the "Transaction History" tab.

3) Select your preferred date range by clicking the download icon next to "Exchange Transaction History."

4.) Select "Download.xlsx" to save the transaction history to your device on Gemini login.
You may see your trading history at the bottom of your dashboard if your account is set to the Gemini ActiveTraderTM view. The completed orders area will show your account's last 50 completed orders.
